Best Ever Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    sweet potatoes
    sugar
    corn flakes
    marshmallows
Preparation
    Peel sweet potatoes, quarter and cover or put enough water in them to cook until tender.
    Remove from heat and if there is any water left, drain it off.
    Mash and sweeten to taste.
    Crush enough corn flakes and add to potatoes to make them firm enough to handle. Form balls and put 1/2 of a marshmallow in center and cover completely.
    Roll in crushed corn flakes and brown in hot oil.
