Pizza Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1-1/4 c. warm water
    1 pkg. yeast
    1 TBSP. Sugar
    3 1/2 c. flour
    1 TBSP. Margarine
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except flour and let set until dissolved. Add 3 1/2 cups flour, 1 cup at a time.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Knead until smooth.
    Put in lrg. greased bowl.
    Let rise 1 hour.
    Punch down and divide into 2 equal parts.
    Spread out on greased pizza pans or cookie sheets.
    Makes 2 pizzas or cut into pizza sticks. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes after putting toppings on, cheese last.
