Oriental Stir-Fried Hamburger And Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground round
    1 clove garlic, minced, or pinch of instant garlic
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 c. tomato juice
    1/4 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced thin
    1 large onion, halved and sliced thin
    1 bell pepper, seeded and cut in strips
Preparation
    Spray a large nonstick skillet or electric frypan with cooking spray for no-fat frying.
    Spread meat in skillet; cook over medium heat until underside is brown.
    Break into chunks and drain fat. Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Cover and simmer 5 minutes. Uncover and continue to cook, stirring frequently until nearly all liquid evaporates.
    Serve with rice.
    Makes 4 servings.
