Meat Loaf With Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. soda crackers, finely broken (but not packed)
    1/2 c. sweet milk
    3/4 c. grated cheese
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. chopped onion (if desired)
    1/4 c. chopped pepper (if desired)
    1/4 c. chopped celery (if desired)
Preparation
    Mix broken crackers and milk in mixing bowl.
    Allow crackers to take up milk.
    Add all other ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Shape into desired size loaf.
    Bake on broiler rack lined with foil. Pierce foil for fat to drop into pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 45 to 60 minutes.
