Shrimp Jello Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (6 oz.) box lemon Jell-O
6 oz. cream cheese, cubed
1 can tomato soup
1 Tbsp. vinegar
2 Tbsp. chili sauce (optional)
6 oz. pkg. Brilliant shrimp, thawed
1 (17 oz.) can peas
1 c. finely diced celery
4 large green onions, sliced
Preparation

In blender, set on stir, dissolve Jell-O in 2 cups boiling water.
Add 1 cup cold water, tomato soup, vinegar and chili sauce; blend.
Add cream cheese, one cube at a time, while blending.
