Chicken Cashew Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 c. chicken broth (add paste to water)
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 c. chopped celery
2 cans diced water chestnuts
2 c. cooked, cubed chicken
1 (9 oz.) can chow mein noodles
1 c. cashews
Durkee French fried onion rings
Preparation

Spray a 2-quart dish with Pam.
In a large bowl, combine soup, broth, onion, celery and chestnuts.
Stir to blend.
Add chicken, noodles and nuts.
Pour into baking dish.
Top with Durkee French fried onion rings and bake at 350\u00b0, uncovered, for 45 minutes.
