Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar (apple cider)
1 tsp. celery seed
pinch of dill seed
1 large can sauerkraut, drained
1 medium green pepper, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
1 c. onion, finely chopped
1 small jar pimento
Preparation

Boil together sugar, vinegar, celery seed and dill seed.
Pour over kraut and other vegetables while liquid is hot.
Stir well. Refrigerate until cold.
