Chicken Casserole(Microwave Version) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 box frozen vegetables (your choice)
8 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1/4 c. softened margarine (I omit this)
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. curry powder
2 c. cooked, diced chicken or turkey
1 c. crushed cornflakes or coarse cracker crumbs
2 tsp. parsley flakes
Preparation

Place soup,
mayonnaise
and
curry powder in a 2 quart casserole and
mix well.
Add frozen vegetables.
Do not cook, just break\tapart.\tAdd
chicken
or turkey.
Spread cheese on top and then cornflakes, margarine and parsley.
Microwave for 35 minutes on\tMedium.
(In
regular oven, bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.)
