Rice Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. long grain and wild rice
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. plain yogurt
    1 c. diced celery
    1 c. cubed tomatoes or cherry tomatoes
    1/2 c. diced cucumber
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    1/8 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. chopped dry roasted peanuts
Preparation
    Cook rice as directed on package.
    Cool.
    Toss lightly with next 8 ingredients.
    Cover.
    Chill.
    Garnish with the peanuts. Makes 4 (1/2 cup) servings.
