Candied Yams - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 or 7 large yams
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. walnuts
1 c. mini marshmallows
Preparation

Boil yams 45 to 60 minutes.
Peel and chop to large pieces. Add marshmallows, walnuts and brown sugar.
Stir.
Put in baking dish. Bake 18 to 20 minutes.
