Tomato Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 to 2 sliced fresh tomatoes
1 deep-dish pie shell, baked per instructions
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. chives
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Place the tomato, onion, basil and chives in the bottom of the cooked pie shell.
Mix the mayonnaise, sour cream and 1 cup of the cheese together and spread on top of the tomato/onion layer. Sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup cheese on top and bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
