Chicken And Rice A L'Orange - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. raw rice
    2 cut up chickens
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 c. orange juice
    1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
Preparation
    In a 9 x 15-inch baking pan (ungreased), put the raw rice. On top of rice, put the chickens, skin side up.
    Mix together the mushroom soup and orange juice; pour over chicken and rice. Sprinkle the onion soup mix over top.
    Cover with foil; bake for about 2 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.
