Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 1/2 c. chopped carrots (approximately 2 1/2 lb.)
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 chicken bouillon cube
    1 bunch green onions
    2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
    8 oz. cheese, cubed
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1/4 c. milk
    1 tsp. seasoned bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
Preparation
    Combine first 3 ingredients in medium saucepan.
    Cover; bring to a boil and cook 15 to 20 minutes or until carrots are crisp-tender.
    Drain.
    Saute chopped green onions in butter. Remove from heat.
    Add cheese spread, sour cream and milk.
    Blend well.
    Stir in carrots.
    Spoon into greased 2-quart casserole. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and parsley.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until hot.
    Yield:
    8 servings.
