Corn Stuffed Pork Chops - cooking recipe

4 pork chops
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/4 tsp. sage
1/2 c. whole kernel corn
3 Tbsp. onion, chopped
1/2 c. hot water
Preparation

Combine corn, crumbs, onion and salt; fill pork chops.
Heat slowly; add hot water.
Cover skillet and simmer 40 minutes.
