Far East Celery Casserole * - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sliced celery
    1 small can water chestnuts
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 small jar pimiento, diced
    1 stick melted margarine
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1/4 c. toasted almonds
Preparation
    Cook celery in small amount of water for 5 minutes.
    Drain. Add water chestnuts (drained and sliced), soup and pimiento.
    Pour into 1-quart greased casserole and refrigerate overnight.
    When ready to bake, top with melted margarine, bread crumbs and toasted almonds mixed together.
    Bake 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 6 to 8.
