Stuffed Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 baking potatoes
    1/2 lb. bacon, fried crisp
    1/2 lb. sharp process Cheddar cheese (Cooper cheese works nice), shredded or cut into small pieces
    1 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. butter
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Bake potatoes in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour or until done.
    Let cool until you can handle them.
    Meanwhile, fry bacon and cut cheese.
    When potatoes have cooled, peel.
    Mash lightly in a large bowl.
    Add butter and milk; stir.
    Potatoes will still be slightly lumpy.
    Stir in bacon and cheese.
    Season with salt and pepper. Put mixture in a 2 quart casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
