Dutch Babies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. flour
pinch of salt
2 cubes butter or oleo
Preparation

While gathering ingredients, melt butter in 13 x 9-inch glass pan or 2 glass pie pans at 425\u00b0.
In a blender, mix the eggs, milk, flour and salt until smooth.
Pour egg mixture into melted butter slowly, to not crack hot plate or pan.
Bake for 30 minutes at 425\u00b0.
Serve with powdered sugar and lemon juice, syrups or yogurt.
Puffs up.
Serve at once.
