Chicken Fajitas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 medium green bell pepper, cut into strips
    1 medium red bell pepper, cut into strips
    1 medium onion, cut in strips
    1 lb. skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
    1 pkg. spices and seasonings for fajitas
    2 tsp. lime juice (optional)
    1/2 tsp. dried cilantro (optional)
    tortilla wraps
Preparation
    In skillet over medium-high heat, combine 1 tablespoon oil, peppers and onion.
    Cook 3 to 5 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring frequently.
    Remove from skillet and set aside.
    Add remaining 1 tablespoon oil and chicken to skillet; cook 5 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.
    Add spices, seasoning, 1/4 cup water, lime juice and cilantro.
    Stir until blended.
    Return vegetables to skillet and heat thoroughly.
