Wassail Bowl - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 whole oranges
    whole cloves
    6 c. apple cider
    3 cinnamon sticks
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 c. honey
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. lemon rind
    1 (1 lb. 4 oz.) can unsweetened pineapple juice
Preparation
    Heat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Stud oranges with cloves 1/2-inch apart. Place in baking dish in 1/2-inch water. Bake 30 minutes.
    Heat cinnamon sticks and cider.
    Bring to a boil.
    Simmer, covered, for 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and simmer, uncovered, 5 minutes more.
    Place in punch bowl and float oranges on top.
    Keep warm until serving time.
