Mrs. Tom Atkinson'S Sauce Hollandaise - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. butter or margarine
4 egg yolks
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cayenne
Preparation

In small saucepan, heat butter just to bubbling.
Meanwhile, put egg yolks, lemon juice, salt and cayenne into container of electric blender, cover container and turn blender on high speed.
Remove cover immediately and add hot butter in a steady stream.
To keep, store in refrigerator.
Yield: 1 1/4 cups sauce.
