Chicken Adobo - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 large (or 6 small) chicken breasts
2 c. water
1/3 c. white vinegar
1/2 c. soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
Preparation

Put all ingredients in large pot, gently mix.
Cover pot and bring to a boil, remove lid.
Cook at high simmer with lid off until most of liquid has boiled away (about 40 minutes).
Cut into serving pieces and serve with steamed rice.
Can be served chilled.
