Lasagna - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. pkg. lasagna noodles
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
16 oz. can tomatoes
6 oz. can tomato paste
2 tsp. chili powder
2 tsp. oregano leaves
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. garlic salt
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. paprika
12 oz. carton cottage cheese
12 oz. Mozzarella cheese
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Cook and drain lasagna noodles.
Brown meat; drain.
Add onion, tomatoes, tomato paste, cottage cheese and seasonings. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
In 9 x 13-inch pan, layer half of noodles, meat sauce, Mozzarella cheese, Velveeta cheese and Parmesan cheese.
Repeat layers.
Save enough sauce to put on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
Slice the Velveeta cheese in thin slices.
