Cabbage Roll Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small cabbage
    1 1/2 lb. ground turkey
    salt and pepper to taste
    garlic powder to taste
    1/3 c. uncooked rice
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 lb. sauerkraut
    1 small onion, diced
Preparation
    Chop cabbage into bite-size pieces and place in the bottom of a 13 x 9-inch casserole dish.
    Brown meat; drain.
    Add salt, pepper and onion.
    Sprinkle in uncooked rice.
    Place meat mixture over cabbage and cover with sauerkraut, tomato sauce and water. Bake, uncovered, in a 350\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes.
    Cover and bake 1 hour longer.
