Low-Carb Crustless Pizza(Healthy) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    3 Tbsp. pizza sauce
    sliced pepperoni
    mushrooms
    onion
    green pepper
    nonstick spray
Preparation
    Spray pie pan with nonstick spray.
    A glass pie pan is best. Cover bottom of pan with 1 1/2 cups of cheese.
    Put in oven at 350\u00b0 for approximately 12 minutes or until bubbly and brown on the edges.
    Remove from oven and allow to cool.
    Spread pizza sauce on cheese.
    Add other ingredients and vegetables of choice (or use them all for a combo).
    Cover vegetables with pepperoni.
    Cover the top of the pizza with the remaining cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 20 minutes or until the top is golden.
    Remove from oven and cool for approximately 5 minutes.
    Slide onto a plate. Grab a fork and enjoy.
