Ruth'S Goulash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni
    1 (16 oz.) can peeled tomatoes
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 can green beans, drained
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. garlic
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and onion in a large skillet.
    Drain and set aside.
    In same skillet add vegetable oil and heat until hot.
    Add macaroni and brown, stirring constantly as to not burn macaroni. Add water to cover macaroni.
    Cook until done.
    Drain.
    Add meat to macaroni; add remaining ingredients and simmer until heated through.
