Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 fryer
    1 1/2 c. long grain rice
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
    salt and pepper to taste
    3 c. water
Preparation
    Cut up chicken.
    Combine with salt, pepper and water in saucepan.
    Boil for 30 minutes and take meat off bones.
    Combine rice, chicken and 3 cups of broth and cook for 20 minutes on medium-high, then turn down to low for 15 minutes.
