Chile Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. cooked rice
2/3 lb. Mozzarella, cubed
2/3 lb. Cheddar, shredded
1 (4 oz.) can chiles
2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. black olives
salt and pepper
paprika
Preparation

Mix all ingredients.
Put in 13 x 9-inch or 3-quart baking dish.
Bake in ungreased dish at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
