Healthy Tuna Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 oz. drained and flaked tuna
    1 slice bread, broken into small pieces
    1 chicken bouillon cube, crushed
    1 tsp. sage
    1 tsp. onion flakes
    3 oz. drained mushrooms
    4 oz. can drained French-style green beans
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and bake 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
