Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can sweet potatoes
    1/2 stick margarine
    2 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. canned evaporated milk
    dash of cinnamon
    dash of orange juice
Preparation
    Drain and mash sweet potatoes.
    Set aside.
    Cream margarine, sugar and eggs.
    Add milk, cinnamon and orange juice.
    To that mixture, add potatoes.
    Mix well and place in a large baking dish. Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 400\u00b0 or until set.
