Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bag chopped spinach
    2 to 3 shredded carrots
    several cherry tomatoes
    5 to 6 large mushrooms
    2 to 3 pieces bacon, crumbled
    3 Tbsp. wine vinegar
Preparation
    Place spinach in a large salad bowl.
    Add the shredded carrots.
    Slice mushrooms and add.
    Fry bacon; cool, crumble and add to vegetables.
    Add cherry tomatoes.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Add the wine vinegar before serving (use more or less than 3 tablespoons as desired).
