Chili Con Queso - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 medium onion, minced
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 (12 oz.) jar salsa
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    16 oz. cream cheese, cubed
    1/4 to 1/2 c. skim milk
    16 oz. tortilla chips, warmed
Preparation
    Melt butter in large saute pan; saute onion and garlic until tender, about 10 minutes.
    Stir in remaining ingredients, blending in cream cheese.
    Add skim milk as needed and heat through.
    Serve warm with tortilla chips, for dipping.
