Spicy Mexican Black Bean Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 hot chilli pepper, seeded
    1 (15 oz.) can black beans, rinsed and drained
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
    1 c. chicken broth
    1/2 c. fresh cilantro leaves
Preparation
    Mince hot chilli pepper in food processor or blender.
    Add beans, tomatoes with their liquid, chicken broth and cilantro. Puree.
    Transfer to a small pan or the microwave and heat.
    Ready to serve in 4 to 6 minutes.
