Northwest Coast Salmon Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) can salmon, flaked (include liquid)
    4 juniper berries, crushed
    1/3 c. corn meal
    2 eggs, lightly beaten
    2/3 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together; spoon into a well-greased muffin tin and bake in a moderate oven at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serve hot or cold.
