Harlequin Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. cream cheese
2 Tbsp. mayo
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. drained crushed pineapple
1/2 small bottle maraschino cherries
1/2 c. pecans, chopped
4 medium apples, unpeeled, cored and diced
1 c. Cool Whip (lite)
Preparation

In a large bowl, thoroughly blend cream cheese, mayo, lemon juice and salt.
Stir in pineapple, cherries, pecans and apples. Fold in Cool Whip and chill.
