Fresh Peach And Blueberry Ring - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 oz. pkg. peach gelatin
    3/4 c. cold water
    1 c. fresh blueberries
    1 c. boiling water
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 to 3 peeled fresh peaches
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
    Add cold water and lemon juice.
    Chill until partly set.
    Arrange fruits in a 1 1/2-quart ring mold or an 8-inch square pan.
    Spoon gelatin over fruit. Chill until firm.
    Unmold on large platter lined with leaf lettuce. Serve with sour cream dressing.
