Cornmeal Dressing(To Serve With Chicken Or Turkey) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 c. chopped celery
    6 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    5 c. corn bread crumbs
    3 c. bread cubes
    1 or more tsp. poultry seasoning to taste
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup
    1/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Cook onion and celery in butter until tender.
    Combine with corn bread crumbs, bread cubes and poultry seasoning.
    Blend soup and milk; pour over bread mixture and mix lightly.
    Makes 8 cups of stuffing or enough for 8 to 10 pound turkey.
    If necessary, add more milk so not too dry.
