Cajun Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    3 slices white bread
    1/3 c. milk
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 lb. ground pork or veal
    1 egg, beaten
    1 tsp. ground cumin
    1/2 to 1 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
    2 Tbsp. ketchup
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a small frying pan melt butter.
    Add onion, celery, green pepper and garlic.
    Cook until wilted.
    In a small bowl, soak bread in milk and break into crumbs.
    In a large bowl place mats, vegetable mixture, bread with milk and remaining ingredients.
    Mix well and shape into loaf.
    Place in shallow pan and bake one hour.
