Egg-Stuffed Tomatoes(Continental Egg Salad) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 hard-cooked eggs, finely chopped
    1 1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. chopped chives
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    6 tomatoes
Preparation
    Combine eggs, cheese, mayonnaise, chives and mustard and mix lightly.
    For each serving, cut one tomato into 6 sections, cutting almost to stem end.
    Fill with egg salad.
    Makes 6 servings.
