Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 oz. pkg. chopped broccoli
    2 Tbsp. flour
    dash of pepper
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
    3 eggs, well beaten
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
    3/4 to 1 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook and drain broccoli.
    Make white sauce with butter, flour, salt,
    pepper
    and
    milk;\tremove\tfrom heat.
    Stir in onions, mayonnaise and beaten eggs.
    Carefully stir in broccoli.
    Turn into a 2-quart casserole.
    Bake casserole in pan of hot
    water at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.\tSprinkle with cheese during final 15 minutes of baking time.
