Broccoli Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine
    3/4 c. flour
    2 qt. milk
    5 chicken bouillon cubes
    1 (20 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    11 oz. Velveeta cheese, cut into cubes
Preparation
    Melt margarine in large saucepan.
    Stir in flour until well mixed.
    Add milk and bouillon cubes.
    Cook until smooth and thickened, stirring constantly.
    Cook broccoli using package directions.
    Add broccoli and cheese to soup.
    Add water if too thick.
    Cook until heated through, stirring frequently.
    Yield:
    4 servings.
