Pineapple Pie - cooking recipe

1 baked pie shell (regular or deep-dish)
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. flour
1 stick margarine
2 Tbsp. milk
1 small can crushed pineapple
4 egg yolks, beaten
Preparation

Mix sugar and flour together. Add pineapple, margarine, milk and egg yolks. Cook in heavy pan over medium heat until thick and clear. Pour into baked pie shell. Top with egg white meringue. Bake in 325\u00b0 oven for about 30 minutes or until golden brown.
