The Ultimate Cream Cheese Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) softened cream cheese
    2/3 c. granulated white sugar
    1/4 tsp. almond extract
    3 whole eggs
Preparation
    Beat eggs until light yellow.
    Add cream cheese; mix until well blended.
    Add sugar and almond extract.
    Oil a 9-inch glass pie plate.
    Wipe up excess oil with a paper towel.
    Pour cream cheese mixture into pie plate and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
    Test with a toothpick.
    Be sure the cheese cake is not too brown.
    Cool.
