Sesame Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. each: baking powder and salt
    3 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. cashews, chopped fine
    1/2 c. sesame seed
    8 to 10 chicken breast halves
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. whole milk
    1 c. butter
Preparation
    In plastic bag, mix flour, baking powder, salt, paprika, pepper, cashews and sesame seed.
    Rinse chicken in cold water; drain.
    Dip into eggs combined with milk.
    Allow excess to drip. Shake chicken parts in plastic bag, few at a time until well coated.
    Melt butter in shallow baking pan in 400\u00b0 oven.
    Remove pan.
    Place chicken in pan, turning so both sides are greased. Bake skin side down in single layer, 20 minutes.
    Turn chicken. Bake 20 minutes or until tender.
    Makes 12 servings.
