Berry Upside-Down Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. fruit
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 c. milk
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Add sifted dry ingredients alternately into milk.
    Beat until smooth. Pour batter into a greased casserole.
    Put drained fruit over batter and sprinkle with 1/2 cup sugar.
    Pour 1 cup juice over all.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 about 45 minutes.
    As it bakes, the crust will rise to the top.
    Serve warm with plain or whipped cream.
