Red Flannel Hash - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. shortening or oil
3 c. chopped cooked potatoes
1 1/2 c. chopped corned beef
1/3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 or 2 drops hot pepper sauce
Preparation

In skillet, cook potatoes and onions in oil.
Then add corned beef, milk, salt and pepper sauce.
Cook over medium heat until lightly brown, turning occasionally.
