Marinade For Grilled Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 Tbsp. water
    1/2 tsp. fines herbes (a Spice Islands product)
    1/4 tsp. onion powder
    6 chicken breast halves, skinned and boned or chicken thighs, boned and skinned
Preparation
    Place chicken in glass or plastic dish. Combine marinade ingredients and pour over chicken. Cover and refrigerate 3 to 4 hours. Grill over hot coals, turning once, until done.
    Can be cut into strips and threaded on skewers, then grilled.
