Creamy Cheddar Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1/2 c. beer or milk
    1/2 c. chopped red pepper
    parsley (garnish)
    Triscuits wafers
Preparation
    In bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
    Gradually beat in beer or milk.
    Add Cheddar cheese and red pepper, beating until well blended.
    Chill 1 hour.
    Serve as a spread on Triscuits. Garnish with parsley.
