Green Chili Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 can evaporated milk
    2 small cans green chilies, chopped
    1 smal can pimentos (optional)
    2 lb. Velveeta, cut in cubes
    2 lb. hamburger or ground turkey
    1 large chopped onion
    salt and pepper
    1/2 c. jalapeno juice (optional)
    corn tortillas
Preparation
    In saucepan melt soup, evaporated milk, chilies, pimentos and Velveeta.
    Brown hamburger, add onion, salt, pepper and jalapeno juice.
    Cover bottom of 2 (9 x 13-inch) pans with corn tortillas. Cover with meat mixture (1/2 on each).
    Cover with another layer of tortillas.
    Then cover with cheese sauce (1/2 on each).
    Top with grated Cheddar cheese.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 about 15 to 20 minutes until cheese sauce starts to bubble.
