Tuna Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 1/2 oz. tuna in water
3/4 c. crushed pineapple
2 Tbsp. red or green pepper, chopped
1 Tbsp. green onions, chopped
2 Tbsp. sunflower seeds
1/2 c. fresh grapes
1/2 c. reduced mayonnaise
1/2 tomato, cut in wedges or slices
Preparation

Combine tuna, fruits, vegetables and nuts.
Chill and serve. Garnish with leaf lettuce and tomatoes.
Makes 2 entree portions.
