Beans And Beef Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (16 oz.) cans pork and beans, slightly drained
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    salt and pepper to taste
    garlic (if desired)
Preparation
    In a large skillet, brown ground beef with celery, onion and bell pepper.
    Drain off fat; add tomato sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.
    In a large casserole, add combined beans, sauce, brown sugar, vinegar and mustard.
    Mix and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 or 30 minutes.
